Life and Liberty are Secure Only so Long as the Right to Property is Secure.
I tried and tried to write a blog on this principle, but I found myself simply summarizing this chapter. So, because I think this chapter was so great, I must refer you to the text rather than write a lengthy discourse (The 5000 Year Leap, pp. 169-177). I can't even find one or two things that really stuck out to me because I would then commence summarizing the entire chapter again.
